Privacy Policy

D7O Events Management respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through www.d7o.sa and how we handle it.

What we collect. We only collect what you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, phone number, subject and message. When you request a proposal we also receive your job title, event type, location, date, expected guest numbers, required services, budget range, project description, preferred contact method and any file you attach. We record the IP address of the submission to help us detect abuse of the forms.

Why we use it. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting engagement. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Storage and retention. Enquiries are stored on our servers, and uploaded files are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and meet our commercial and legal obligations, then delete them.

Sharing. We do not share your information with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver your event, or where we are required to do so by law. Any supplier who receives your details is bound to use them only for that purpose.

Cookies. The site uses a session cookie and a security token cookie that are required for the forms to work. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers to fetch them.

Your rights. You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@d7o.sa and we will respond.

Changes. If we update this policy we will publish the revised version on this page.
